5-7 Years Old
When your child joins our youngest aged group, they will learn start to learn the basics of the Martial Arts styles we teach at Campuzano. They will learn how to strike and kick. We will work on their balance. They will start learning introductory wrestling and Jiu-Jitsu techniques. More advanced Jiu-Jitsu techniques & submissions like choke holds are not included in this class.

8 to 11 Years Old
Our 8-11 continue to learn and perfect strikes and kicks as they start to experience the fun and challenge of Muay Thai boxing. This age range also practices Wrestling and Brazillian Jiu Jitsu.

12 to 15 Years Old
Our 12-15 Year Old program is unique. Many studios start to allow kids and teens of this age range to practice with the adults, but not at Campuzano. Your kids are our top priority and we want them to feel confident, safe and challenged while they grow in their skills. Our 12-15 year old classes focus on the same Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai and Wrestling skills our adults to, but in a class all their own.
